Responsibilities The Opportunity: Leads all Organized AFH agenda for LAB, responsible of World Class Key Accounts such as Yum, Burger King, Little Caesars, Subway and others, ensuring strong PepsiCo & Customer business growth, developing entry barriers for the competition while supporting tier 1 regional customers relationship with accounts, such as Alsea, Grupo Serrano, Pollo Campero and others • Enables a flawless collaboration process across system key stakeholders: Franchise, Bottling Partners, Global AFH, US Customer Teams and PepsiCo senior leaders • Responsible for account management in close and strong collaboration with ~9 bottling partners across 35 markets, consolidating annual AOP / SBP, setting volume & revenue targets • Responsible to set account milestones to ensure agreement renewals based on contract expirations and pursue new business opportunities ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the system with bottlers, customers, global teams and PepsiCo stakeholders (mainly focused in Beverages) • Enable flawless collaboration with Global teams, supporting flawless interaction with local teams, facilitating QBRs with anchor markets, market visits, Top to Top meetings and functioning as Organized AFH point person for Global teams (AFH International & US Customer teams) • Ensures proper performance tracking visibility, pushing to increase granularity and business intelligence with a high shopper and retailer centricity Your Impact: As Gerente Sr de Cuentas Clave FS your functions would consist of • Develop annual customer AOP / SBP in collaboration with franchise, bottling partners and global teams, aligning regional priorities (renewals, hunting and development), consolidating volume and revenue targets; alignment on Marketing solutions for all Assigned accounts; based on industry/market insights that deliver customer key objectives and contribute to our region profit plan. • Ensures proper Wiring plans (at all levels) are established identifying Key Influencers & contributors • Conducts quarterly Customer Business reviews with anchor markets and tier 1 accounts, strengthening channel understanding while enabling joint business planning and annual Top to Top meetings. • Responsible to set the agenda with account contracts across the Region • Responsible of Regional assigned account budgets of almost $1MM USD • Ensure Regional, Local Insights and best practices are presented / shared with assigned Customers to support Customers business growth. • Lead & support contract renewals (F&B) strengthening PepsiCo position as key strategic partner by maintaining strong presence in key regional marketing events and joint planning sessions. • Ensure Strong PepsiCo (BT) Brand marketing campaigns and programs are executed in Key Markets leveraging Local contract benefits. • Execute & Track joint promotional initiatives, measuring business impact & sharing results to capitalize lift and shift opportunities within the region. • Work with PepsiCo local teams (F&B) to manage Account support (Commercial agreements based) to ensure contract compliance. • Develop winning relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Local teams in addition to key account corporate teams and their Franchisees. • Lead cross-functional teams across Region to support Customers agenda and maximize all business opportunities via PepsiCo portfolio (BT). • Lead & collaborate with regional finance teams to analyze current customer agreements while developing new competitive business proposals (according to country & regional parameters) securing the account renewals while maintaining positive P&L • Lead PepsiCo’s LAB impactful and productive participation across annual Customer’s conventions such as KFC, BK, LC, PH and others across the globe • Lead & collaborate with Local teams to align system into new customer deals ensuring Gold Standard Service levels are provided • Conduct Quarterly Customer business reviews with assigned customers sharing business performance, Post audit promotional activities, business issues and recommendations and share future PepsiCo marketing activities future joint marketing programs. • Share with priority customers best practices from other Regions / Countries to support business challenges • Lead Customer problem solving working side by side with local teams. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience • Lead & Engage PepsiCo Regional (F&B) BUGMs, Sales VP, CFO’s, CMO’s and Franch Directors / Mgrs to support FS Customers Agenda • Manage relation and alignment with PepsiCo Global Customer support teams (BK, Subway, Papa John´s, etc) to drive Customers programs and its rollout into markets. • Leverage negotiation skills with Customers / Local teams / Bottlers and external suppliers (GM´s, Sales VP’s and Directors, COO, etc.) for the development of business strategy and action plans to be taken to grow Customer and PepsiCo business. • Responsible for setting Customers strategy (F&B) with previous alignment with LAB Marketing, Insight Directors/ Franch. Managers and Sales team to identify business opportunities. • Lead customer alignment on action plans to be taken, leveraging Consumer insights PepsiCo product portfolio for portfolio development through direct interaction with customer VPs, CFOs, COOs and CMOs, establishing actions plans, timeframes and operational details for product commercialization process and launch. • Be the primary contact point for account purposes & strategies across Region, keeping updated communication with Global Customer Teams, Regional foods teams / LAB franchise directors, FS managers and local bottler. • Build winning relationships with Customer Senior Team members and other Key influencers / decision Makers to gain support and collaboration towards neither Account Renewals nor new business opportunities. • Lead & Energize all PepsiCo (F&B) team members to support prealigned Customers maximizing business opportunities. • Leverages business intelligence infrastructure and information data analysis to influence PepsiCo system (F&B) / Customer on business opportunities.
