This job is part of the Portfolio Data Management Team, which is responsible for Lease Administration and Project Management on a worldwide portfolio of 4000+ Interests. **What You’ll Do** + Designated single point of contact & escalation point for Client & CBRE contacts + Accountable for Clients’ projects agreed with the Client + Accountable for portfolio and lease administration data integrity and governance + Oversight of client portfolio reporting - accountable for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all client outputs + Effectively manages relationships with the client real estate teams and transaction partners to ensure data management processes are fully followed + Ownership of client relationship management and KPI’s approvals + Responsible for the continuous improvement of the data management processes on the account and driving a culture of continuous improvement + Actively supports the client and the account team in driving the key priorities and initiatives, including transformation projects + Support building technology roadmap for the account; Identify process and technology improvement opportunities that may deliver sustained and measurable business benefits + Lead portfolio data projects and initiatives designated by the Client + Identifies pull-through opportunities and engaging the appropriate line of business for opportunities + Respond to all Data Management matters and queries in a timely manner + Represent Client Estate Management and Transaction team on Data Governance Forum as portfolio data owner + Support to the Client in other key projects and initiatives + Validation of data inputs from supplier partners + Ensuring key controls in place and followed by supplier partners + Oversight of IFRS 16 reporting activities, sanctions screening process **What You’ll Need** + Min 2-3 years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate, Lease Administration, Portfolio or Performance Reporting or Analysis is required + Experience with Sequentra database will be a plus + Strong analytical skills, project management skills and ability to prioritize required + Strong communication skills; experience in co-operation with senior stakeholders; must be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to an audience, including executive levels + Experience in managing and supporting projects within an organisation with proven track record + English written and spoken min.
