Your Impact As Global Proc Invoices Analyst your functions would consist of: Register and analysis of invoices or fiscal of the operation aligned with policies and procedures for the Business Unit, and in turn compile reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal to the company, to ensure payment in a timely manner, as well as provide operational and financial visibility. Validate all vendor invoices to be paid have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate purchasing orders. Seek approvals from local management fleet team to execute payments Generate journal entry to account for partial payments or reclassify expenses Work Orders submission Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience Upper - Advanced English Level, written & Verbal skills Microsoft Office Package 1 year as Administrative Assistant 6 months – 1 year of experience in Customer Service or invoice Management.
