**Position:** Graduate Cloud Solutions Specialist **Job Description:** **Role Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Graduate Cloud Solutions Specialist to drive the promotion, sales, and technical enablement of our ArrowSphere platform and associated cloud services, including the AI Academy. This role is pivotal in helping partners and customers unlock the full potential of Arrow’s cloud ecosystem, from marketplace onboarding to advanced AI-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** + **Promote & Position ArrowSphere** : Act as a subject matter expert on ArrowSphere’s capabilities, including its marketplace, automation features, and dashboards (FinOps, SecOps, GreenOps). + **Drive Sales Engagements** : Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to identify opportunities, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Microsoft, AWS, and other cloud ecosystems. + **Technical Enablement** : Provide hands-on support and training to partners on ArrowSphere tools, including the ArrowSphere Assistant and AI Academy, ensuring they can independently manage subscriptions, analyse consumption, and optimise cloud usage. + **AI Academy Advocacy** : Champion the AI Accelerator Programme and AI Academy by guiding partners through tailored learning paths, hands-on labs, and practical use cases to boost their AI maturity. + **Customer Success** : Support partners post-sale with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation of their cloud environments using ArrowSphere’s analytics and automation features. + **Webinar Leadership** : Organize and deliver regular update webinars to showcase new ArrowSphere features, best practices, and success stories to partners and internal stakeholders. + **Market Intelligence** : Stay current on cloud trends, partner needs, and competitive offerings to continuously refine messaging and identify new growth areas. **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field + The degree should not have been completed later than 2023 and the total experience should be up to 2 years maximum + Strong Business Flemish and English is mandatory for the position + Intermediate level of French is preferred + Strong interest in cloud services sales, technical pre-sales, or partner enablement. + Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and SaaS ecosystems. + Familiarity with cloud cost optimisation, security posture management, and sustainability metrics. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value. + Experience with AI enablement programmes or training platforms is a strong plus. + Comfortable hosting webinars and virtual events for technical and business audiences.\#LI-NJ1 **Location:** BE-Machelen, Belgium (Twin Square) **Time Type:** Full time **Job Category:** Business Support Arrow Electronics, Inc.'s policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, citizenship, veran status, genetic information, or any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal or local laws.
