Job DescriptionPreparation of files and documentation to sustain production. Verification of files and working on correcting potential mismatches.
SCOPE OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES
Implementation of the production plan
Preparation of batch files and production documentation for further stages of the production process
Preparing graphic designs for client approval
Control of process and product parameters to ensure they are manufactured according to specifications.
Continuous improvement of work efficiency by optimizing production planning and execution
Carrying out the orders of the supervisor.
RESPONSIBLE
...for preparing files, graphic designs and documentation.
...for following the instructions, procedures and regulations in force in the Company, with particular emphasis on ensuring a safe working environment.
...for enforcing compliance with instructions, procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
Essential- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
Desirable- At least 4 years in a position as graphic designer in the printing industry or a production company
Practical knowledge of Adobe CC suite graphics programs - Illustrator + Photoshop basics.
Ability to organize your own work and teamwork with graphics team.
Conscientiousness and attention to detail - a useful technical sense.
