Growth Strategist, Capital Markets & Advisory

Description

As the Senior Marketing Manager and Growth Strategist for Capital Markets and Advisory, your primary responsibilities are to build brand equity for Citizens using contemporary marketing methods to drive interest and adoption of investment banking products and services. This is both a strategic and executional role in which you will lead the development, advocacy, execution, assessment, and continuous improvement of integrated marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Working with in-house centers of excellence (COIs) and Agencies, drive digital marketing strategies including enhancing the user experience of the web site, targeted email marketing, content marketing, social media, search engine optimization and events.Develop and lead marketing strategy/vision to achieve measurable overall business unit objectives and revenue goalsLead inbound marketing attracting site visits, converting that traffic into leads and nurturing prospects working with sales leadershipBuild and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned media propertiesHelp establish and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processesEnsure closed-loop analytics to measure marketing performance and continually refineInfluence and partner with cross-functional team to design and deliver quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans to achieve business line goals and objectivesServe as primary liaison between business lines and marketing partners, ensuring the broader marketing team is fully versed on all aspects of business line products, value proposition and competitive differentiatorsPartner with the leadership team as well as key business partners, including the sales team to ensure understanding of/alignment on marketing strategy/plans and strategic prioritiesDevelop and manage project budgets/forecastsProactive in managing risk, ensure all programs are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong ability to think strategically and creativelyBroad marketing communications experience including advertising, direct, digital and public relationsStrong channel experience in digital marketing including search, display, social and contentExperience developing insightful and clear creative, marketing, advertising and/or media briefs, using research, data, personas, and customer journey mapsAbility and desire to work well within a team and test and learnExperience managing indirectly/influencingAbility to review data, interpret results and create actionable and measurable strategiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule/budgetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA go-getter and a doer who is accountable and has high expectations for their workAttention to detailMinimum 10+ years of marketing experienceInvestment banking and corporate finance experience a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce.com and Account-Based Marketing desired

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 Hybrid in Westwood MA office 3 days and 2 days remote
