Responsibilities: Handling Guests’ enquiries, requests and commentsAchieve Disney service standard which beyond Guests’ expectation proactively Reply Guests’ feedbacks via emails, letters and inbound callsEnsure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of severity and urgency for efficient and effective handlingWork with other Line of Business to maintain consistent Guest Service standardAssist in group ticketing operations with cash handling duties Basic Qualifications: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining Guest privacyAbility to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environmentProficiency in computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processingWillingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations Preferred Qualifications: Ability to speak other Foreign language(s)Formal qualifications from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management related coursesCustomer service oriented, experience in customer service or complaint handling#LI-DNI Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
