Guest Services Associate

Department: Hospitality House

Shift: Days/Weekend

Daily Work Times: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 32

Position Summary:

Resident Managers will be responsible for guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, responsible for housekeeping by cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist in handling phone and online reservations, confirming guest bookings and ensuring accurate records. Assist in addressing guest inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification, processing payments, and issuing room keys. Allocate rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and special requests. Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Computer skills
