Responsibilities

·        Provide support for issue resolution as per defined SLAs – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation

·        Prepare functional specifications and change control requests

·        Assess Support Pack configuration, as requirements directed and complete subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack application

·        Provide consulting services to client base, as required

·        Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and conventions as well as ADP procedures and policies

·        Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current offering are communicated to GlobalView Product Manager

·        Provide relevant knowledge sharing opportunities for associates within Technical Services and Operations

·        Liaise with Account Management

·        Ensure up to date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView and associated services is maintained

·        Provide afterhours support as agreed with Client / Team Leader / Manager

 Technical Skills

·        Strong SAP Payroll experience in either end-to-end Implementation or Support environments

·        3 to 8 years of SAP Payroll configuration experience

·        Professional manner and presentation with the ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation

·        Demonstrated business consulting skills

·        Should be able to handle clients, able to set the expectation and manage client SPOCs.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications

·        Demonstrated knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by technical services team

·        Demonstrated ability to work with a global team to achieve problem resolution

·        Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrated time management skills

·        Ability to work collaboratively with associates to achieve team goals
