**JOB PURPOSE:** + Overall responsibility for driving business National Minimarket (IDM, IDG and SAT, Midi), Hyper-Supermarket (LSI, Matahari Group, SBL, Yogya and more) also E Commerce (Enabler and Direct E-commerce Platform) + Plays a lead role in driving a Key account Manager and other stakeholder to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships. + Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts. + Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues. + Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity. + Develop and execute the annual business plans with all the above accounts + Supply chain management ( setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting) + Financial management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales for these National Accounts) + Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external) + Category management (consumer promotions, plannogramming, advisory role) + Organize Top to Top meetings with the Global retailers (meeting between Retailer’s top management and ANI top management) **REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years' experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Key Accounts and E Commerce + Account Management and Strategic Omni Channel + Sharp negotiation and influencing skills + Understanding of the retail environment + Analytical skills + Networking and strong orientation towards customer management + Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment + Ability to handle complex and diverse business situation An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
