Job Summary:  Helpers are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting technicians with tasks related to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of assigned systems.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist technicians with installation, service and trouble shooting of automatic fire sprinkler systems along with all its related equipment.  Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Learn and use project drawings to interpret installation requirement details and layout accurately and entirely as needed. Learn to thread and groove pipe, cut hanger rods, read blueprints, and use appropriate equipment for any specific jobs such as tools, lifts, etc. Other duties as assigned.
