Honor Bar Attendant

Your Journey   

Check and restock honor bar in guest rooms according to established par levels and inventory procedures. 

Ensure that all items in the honor bar are neatly arranged and presented based on property standards  

Monitor inventory levels of honor bar items and submit replenishment orders as needed to maintain adequate stock. 

Record and accurately track consumption of honor bar items using designated tracking systems or software.  

Ensure no expired items are in guest rooms & record upcoming expirations 

Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments 

Clean-up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order  

Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves   

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays  

Ability to collaborate in a team environment  

Previous experience in a similar role, a plus  

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records. 

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements   

Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 

Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift 

Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale* for Honor Bar Attendant is $19.50 per hour.

*The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
