Description We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of conference rooms and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a detail-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Organize and prepare conference rooms to meet the needs of scheduled meetings or events. • Coordinate the movement and arrangement of furniture to ensure an optimal setup for different occasions. • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment. • Provide exceptional service to guests and staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment for conference room use. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Uphold company standards for hospitality and attention to detail at all times. Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. • Physical ability to move furniture and manage room setups as required. • Attention to detail to ensure spaces are clean and properly arranged. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • A commitment to providing outstanding service and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
