Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support HR operations for a major energy sector organisation in Perth. The role supports upcoming projects and contributes to workforce planning and operational HR delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle

Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development

Manage employee relations and performance issues

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

Assist with workforce planning and organisational changes

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal standards

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role

Previous experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector (essential)

Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

HR or related tertiary qualification (preferred)
