**The role you’ll contribute:**
Responsible for Human Resources new hire final file audits including, but not limited to, role required documents, licensure/certification/registration. The New Hire Audit Specialist ensures employee regulatory compliance in all areas of federal, state, local, regulatory agencies, and AH Orlando policy and procedure requirements. Assists HR Regulatory and New Hire Specialist teams by communicating any gaps in documentation compliance. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
**The value you’ll bring to the team:**
+ Prepares and conducts final file audits to review and ensure compliance with AH policies and procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements. Identifies gaps and provides process improvements and corrective action plans regarding audit results.
+ Reviews job descriptions for required credentials, clarifying with HR Regulatory or Talent Acquisition teams and/or department Directors on any discrepancies or questions. Documents and maintains all credential requirements on regulatory database.
+ Monitors, tracks, and communicates compliance infractions to appropriate team members and supervisor for timely follow-up.
+ Documents final sign off on all new hire files and/or escalates to HR Business Resources Specialist Sr if timely response is not obtained.
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
+ Bachelor's in human resources, business, or related field
+ 4 Related Experience Required _2/28/22_
