Job Description

Position Summary

The HR Data Analyst will support the business, HR, and compensation teams on HRIS systems processes as well other HR analytic support.  This role partners with the business and HRBPs to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This role creates and manages HR dashboards, ensures adherence to project schedules, and maintains a systems and analytical orientation. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR and compensation related data ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.   Additionally, this role will provide HR analytic support to the business and HR team to help generate insights in to human capital.   

Essential Job Functions

1. Serving as primary point of contact on all HRIS matters, provides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. (25%)

2. Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Maintains Power BI supported HR dashboards providing critical people data to supported departments. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. (30%)

3. Supports the planning and testing of the company's compensation systems under the direction of the HR director. Responsibilities include job architecture framework, salary ranges and geographic differential maintenance. (25%)

4. Maintains and updates HR processes, with a focus on process improvement, applying change management to enhance business and HR capability. (10%)

5. Conducts analysis on all HR processes and policies, identifies innovative solutions for change, and makes recommendations for improvement to leadership.  Other duties as assigned. (10%)

Education

This position requires a(n) Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Business/Computer Science or related field.

Work Experience

Below is the required/preferred work experience for this position:

3-4 Years Complex Report Creation - Required

3-4 Years Project Management - Required

1-2 Years Workday Experience - Preferred

1-2 Years HR Process Improvement - Required
