HR Director
Description A well-established and mission-driven organization is partnering with Christian Paxton at Robert Half to hire a strategic and hands-on HR Director. This role will oversee all facets of human resources—ranging from recruitment and compliance to performance management and employee engagement. We’re seeking a strong communicator with experience working alongside both modern and traditional leadership styles, ready to lead organizational change, reduce turnover, and drive business-aligned HR strategies. What You’ll Do: + Lead HR operations across multiple states and locations + Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development strategies + Implement systems to improve retention, engagement, and compliance + Act as a coach to executive leadership on HR best practices and legal compliance What We’re Looking For: + 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ in leadership + Deep knowledge of employment law and HR practices across WA, AZ, NV, and NM + Experience in real estate, property management, or similar industries preferred + Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to influence up Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $170,000 – $185,000 annually Bonus: Discretionary Benefits: + Medical: Yes + Vision: Yes + Dental: Yes + Life & Disability Insurance: Yes + Retirement Plans: Yes Paid Time Off: + Paid Vacation: 3 weeks + Paid Holidays: Included + Sick Leave: Included Please reach out to Christian Paxton with Robert Half to review this position. Job Order: 04410-0013227214 Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Director, preferably in a multi-site environment. • Strong knowledge of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and ATS platforms. • Expertise in managing benefit functions and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and integrity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across all levels of the organization. • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. • Familiarity with HCM systems and their application in workforce management. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
