PCRK Group is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our People Operations Team!

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the field operations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding, HRIS and employee file administration, compliance, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary administrator for the human resource information system including the set-up and maintenance of employee documents, appropriate settings, approvals/workflow, time off, access levels, etc. to ensure maximum functionality. Organizes and leads weekly or monthly meetings with field leaders to discuss ongoing business needs Develops strategies to strengthen relationships between People Operations and Field Operations. Review current HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they adequately describe open positions Providing coaching and guidance to team members and leaders to consistently build an ongoing succession plan Oversees and coordinates new employee on-boarding into the HRIS system ensuring completion of the new hire employee file including required forms and compliance documents. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. In partnership with People Operations management and field leadership, respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and escalated issues.
