Responsibilities The Opportunity Information Analyst in Data Quality, specialized in the area of Changes and Structures, with an analytical profile focused on tracking and validation of information with payroll. Responsible for the management, development and proposal of continuous improvements in the processes and structures of the different regions, as well as in the management of projects to ensure the correct implementation of the improvements. Your Impact As HR Ops Asst Analyst your functions would consist of -Reception, analysis and correction of information for the payroll process. Implementation and follow-up of improvement projects. -Continuous monitoring of data quality in the structures. -Establishment and maintenance of constant communication with external providers in charge of payroll. -Transaction of movements -Analysis of information and corrections. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience -Intermediate command of Microsoft Excel is required. -Analytical profile, with skills to interpret, process and manage information efficiently. -Clear and efficient communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. -Conversational English -Knowledge and experience in the development, planning and execution of projects, ensuring compliance within established deadlines. -Knowledge of execution of personnel transactions.
