This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
The HR Organizational Administrator will be responsible for supporting the use of SuccessFactors’ Employee Central HRIS system. This is a self-service system for employees and managers to manage employment data. The position interfaces closely with local HR Admins and the HR Onboarding team. This role manages the position management within Employee Central, along with assisting with projects within HR. A commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence with a focus on the customer is essential. The HR Organizational Administrator will gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience in an area of HR that interacts daily with colleagues from all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:Data entry and verification of employee and position informationUnderstanding of Employee Central and overall foundational dataGuide managers to complete tasks within Employee CentralUnderstanding of governance of systemsSupport Org structure and implications from system perspectiveRespond to inquiries and requests for confidential dataSupport HR colleagues as they work through system useConduct data audits and maintain complianceProvide assistance to managers during workflow processCreate and update foundational data within Employee CentralUpdate process documentation, manuals, and SOPs, as neededEngage in cross-training of HR Support team responsibilities and provide back-up work, as neededEnsure confidential data in the workspace is compliant and secureAssist with special projectsRecommend, implement and document process improvements and system enhancementsSuccessfully relates to and works with a diverse workforce in a variety of positionsPromotes ADM core valuesJob Requirements:Minimum 5 years of administrative or relevant HR experiencePrevious experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly recommendedPrior work experience maintaining confidential and sensitive informationCommitment to providing exceptional customer service to colleagues, customers and vendorsStrong PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical skills to understand root cause of data issuesData entry experience with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsFlexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time constraintsPrompt, regular attendanceAbility to sit for long periods while typing and operating a PCExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
