For our team in Krakow we are seeking an experienced HR Process Consultant (Konsultant ds. Procesow HR).

RESPONSIBILITIES\:

Use innovative, LEAN thinking and technology to create and capture process improvement within HR Global Delivery Organization (GDO)
Support the development of new processes during the transition
Provide day to day support on queries relating to process facilitation to HR GDO groups
Provide process advice for LEAN and technical solutions on local and global level
Provide support for HR process alignment and/or process creation, subject to new system or changes to the existing systems
Provide and support technical/system process requirements in writing
Support HR Project Management projects and programs as required
Support global and regional process migration into HR GDO including leading on the process migration to HRGDO
Support HR GDO process documentation creation, alignment and updates
Partner with Payroll, HRIS and ServiceNow IT and other stakeholders for optimal solutions
Experience in business process mapping (business workflows, preferably MS Visio) will be an asset
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification/experience in business process environment will be an asset
Additional duties regarding building and maintaining HR knowledge into the GDO (ServiceNow) knowledgebase might be required (such as developing, editing & formatting HR knowledge by taking existing HR information and applying technical writing principles to create topic pages & FAQs *

Several years of recent experience regularly using Microsoft Office applications and of using English in a business environment. Experience in Workday system is a must Competent in Microsoft Office applications (including, but not limited to\: Excel, Word, PowerPoint  Understanding of a wide variety of shared workspace platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.) Competent in processing within a case management tool, ideally ServiceNow Good communicator and effective listener Must have the ability to participate in a team as well as to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Deadline and solution oriented High time management skills and ability to set up priorities High work ethic and standards Accountable for the quality of your work Comfortable meeting and working with colleagues of all levels Happy to actively contribute to meetings Fluent English- level C1 is minimum Experience with HTML will be an asset
