Task and responsibilities:
• Support in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Documentation Management: Collaborate in updating and organizing employee files, including contracts, records, and other relevant documents.
• Training and Development: Help in planning and organizing training programs, workshops, and events for employee professional development.
• Benefits Administration: Support in the administration of benefits and compensations, and in resolving employee inquiries.
• Special Projects: Participate in process improvement projects and strategic HR initiatives.
• General Administration: Supports with daily administrative tasks, such as managing databases, drafting documents, and coordinating internal activities.
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree in Human Resources or Business Management, Psychology, law or equivalent;
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English (spoken and written - mandatory);
- Good MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel (mandatory);
- Working experience in Human Resources (preferable);
- User knowledge in Workday or in other similar software (preferable);
- Communication skills and team orientation;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, results and quality orientation and professional ethics.
- Need to have the possibility to create an internship agreement with his/her university/master.
