Compensation: $80K-90K/yearLocation: Amarillo, TXDuration: 6 months+Work Schedule: Mon-Sat / 10 hour shiftsBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Lead safety efforts for 30–40 employees on a site that will host 300–400 total workersPerform PPE checks, JSAs, and ensure daily compliance with site-specific and company-wide safety standardsAct as a key safety resource and leader onsite Qualifications 4-8 years pf experience in safety coordination, ideally within civil construction (e.g., dirt work, concrete, culverts)Bilingual candidates preferredMust reside within a 1-hour commute of the project siteHigh school diploma or equivalent required
