Serves as a point of contact for applicants, associates, supervisors and managers **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Provide administrative assistance to both associates and applicants + Assists with Human Resource office management -- maintains updated office documents and supplies. + Assists with correspondence to candidates and assists with new hire orientation scheduling + Greets and assists visitors and callers referring them to sources of information, distributing appropriate forms and explaining procedures. + Works independently with minimum supervision. + Other duties as required. **Minimum Education** + AA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. In the absence of a degree, work experience may be considered. + AA degree is preferred. **Experience Requirements** + 2 - 4 years experience. + Knowledge and experience with HRIS. + Requires prior experience using HR/Payroll database systems. + Proven success in handling administrative responsibilities. + Demonstrated ability for accuracy, meeting deadlines, experience in multi-tasking and ability to work with minimum supervision. **Experience Preferred** + Fluency in Spanish and/or Creole _Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
