Robert Half is actively looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our clients team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. This role focuses on overseeing HR operations, including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and talent management.
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
+ Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and assist employees with claim issues.
+ Oversee employee performance reviews, disciplinary meetings, and employee investigations.
+ Design and deliver training and development initiatives.
+ Maintain employee records, HRIS, and manage attendance tracking for PTO and leave.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, specifically in the non-profit sector.
• Proficiency within ADP.
• 5+ years of HR Management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience managing benefit programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
