We’re looking for a Human Resources Intern who will have the opportunity to assist the Human Resources department during the summer, working on multiple projects over the course of the internship. Our corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, IL. This role operates on a hybrid work model, spending at least three days per week working in the office. **Responsibilities:** + Conducts compliance audit of HR processes, ensuring all documentation is in place. Works with outside legal counsel to ensure compliance is being met appropriately. + Creates new hire orientation program for sales representatives and corporate employees. + Ensures job descriptions are in place and up to date. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Academic work towards a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management + Self-motivated + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Outstanding listener with the ability to gather information and create action plans to ensure completion of assigned projects + Basic PC knowledge, Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365 The hourly rate for this role is $19.00.
