Job Description

As an integral part of the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening.Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries.Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company.Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

You are currently a student in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related fields.Ideally, you have gained some practical experience and are confident in working with MS Office.You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively under tight deadlines.As a self-starter, you are entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously, always eager to find solutions.You are stress-resistant and flexible, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.Fluency in English is essential, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is highly valued.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1056,00/month.

If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
