Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support SSM Health hospitals in Wisconsin. The HR Manager will support up to 600 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees across several hospitals in the state. This position will require extensive travel as the HRM will be traveling to each SSM Hospital location. To achieve this we are seeking a highly organized Human Resources professional who is able to manage functions of HR across multiple locations. The HRM will have oversight of 2 HR Support Specialists as well as a Recruiting Specialist.
What You'll Do support, engage, and help retain staff across 7 locationsmanage 2 HR Support Specialists and a Recruitment Specialistattend meetings in person and virtually. support managers and clients with HR related taskswork daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systemsdemonstrate strong attention to detail and organizationutilize data to track KPI's and metrix What We Offer
