Seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Des Moines for a Company in the Electronic Goods Industry!!
Description
+ Responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training and compliance.
+ Coordinate and support the recruitment process (i.e. job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
+ Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
+ Process weekly timecards and review for accuracy
+ Maintain employee records in digital and physical formats
+ Assist with the administration of benefits programs
+ Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
+ Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
+ Assist in HR reporting, audits and HRIS data entry/updates
+ Participate in planning employee engagement and wellness programs
+ Help handle employee relations matters and escalate when necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ HS diploma
+ 2+ years experience within the HR field
+ 2-3 years of FMLA, ADA and leave laws experience required
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
+ Preferred: Employee Navigator, ADP Workforce
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
