The role of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer focuses on Authentication services across Emerson’s enterprise. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining and improving authentication and connected services and also processes related to user lifecycle management.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate, support, and improve Emerson’s Identity and Access services. Implement changes in alignment with organizational change practices. Collaborate with IAM team to define authentication and infrastructure services needs and integrate solutions. Research and proactively identify tools and processes to detect emerging trends, analyze them, and build long-term plans to resolve and prevent issues while maintaining high service levels for the user community. Authentication Services : Enable a secure digital experience for employees, customer & partners. Implement, manage and improve authentication services and enhance automation in the service. Quality Assurance: Validate the quality of deliverables through documented testing and validation processes to ensure they meet business and security requirements. Participate in various IT projects aimed at continuously improving and modernizing the IT environment, such as evaluating new software and hardware to meet business needs or ensure cost efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree in IT or related fields. A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, including IAM, Cybersecurity or Projects. Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another international language is an advantage. Knowledge and experience interacting with Active Directory tools. Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of end-users and management levels.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, GREM, MCSE) are a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of engineering functions for Identity Management tools providing access to employees and business partners, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, and Single Sign-On technologies. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
