Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves managing patient intake, conducting advanced telephone triage, and participating in research activities. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.

ResponsibilitiesConduct patient history intake and preparation.Collect and manage lab data.Conduct advanced telephone triage functions.Participate in research activities.Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Monitor and order supplies.Perform quality assurance (QA) functions as directed.Assist with the orientation and training of new personnel and clinical staff.Essential SkillsRegistered Nurse (RN) license.Triage experience.Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, with Epic preferred.Strong phone skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPediatric experience is a plus.NY RN License required.Work Environment

This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts. The work environment is supportive and offers opportunities for career growth within a leading health system. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
