Implementation Manager

What does a successful Implementation Manager do at Fiserv?

You will work closely with consultants, management, and leadership, both internally and externally, to support our clients achieve success in deploying our solutions and services. This includes, upgrades, new installations and building service offerings for various solutions in our product line.
 

What you will do:

Lead a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deploymentsPresent and negotiate the design of proposed solutions with the clientAdvise clients on standard methodologies for outsourcing solutionsCraft and deliver client-facing implementation reporting/documentationProduce monthly revenue forecast including variance to targetsInteract with Multiple Product Lines across the Financial Institutions GroupEstablish team goals and completing performance and merit reviewsAssist the team to ensure project related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial measures are understood, monitored, and reported

 

What you will need to have: 

5+ years of work experience working in an Implementation Project Management position3+ years of experience with configuration, accounting, and outsourcing3+ years of experience working with revenue planning and forecasting for portfolio projects within a Professional Services environmentBachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

 

What would be great to have:

Previous experience in direct management or supervision of staffExperience with or familiarity with Enterprise SoftwareExperience in wire processing, banking, or payment processingProject management experience
