Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Administrative Technician to join our team with a strong technical background. The Logistics/Administrative Technician will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions and ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a logistics and/or administrative role and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, and ensure stock is available as required.Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Follow all company policies and procedures.Essential SkillsStrong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock or distribution center preferred.Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is a nice-to-have.Work Environment
The position is located in Everett, WA. The work schedule is from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with slight flexibility for earlier or later start times if needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
