Influencer Specialist, Creative Strategy

Job Description

The Influencer Specialist (Creative Strategy) plays a key role in shaping creative approaches within the influencer marketing team. Supporting the development of concepts and creative direction that bring influencer campaigns to life - ensuring they are impactful, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The role also contributes to special brand initiatives such as events, product launches, or cultural activations, helping to amplify them creatively across social. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Creative Development: Support in developing creative concepts and storytelling angles for influencer campaigns and programs, translating marketing objectives into fresh, social-first ideas that resonate with target audiences. Build clear, compelling presentations to communicate creative strategies and ideas to internal teams, regions, and external partners. Influencer Creative Strategy: Help define creative frameworks for the influencer channel across content formats, messaging, and visual style. Ensure consistency with brand tone while enabling influencer-led expression. Special Projects: Represent Digital team as creative contributor in special initiatives such as branding events or brand campaigns, developing amplification ideas for social, influencers and other digital channels. Creative Alignment: Partner closely with social, PR, and creative teams to ensure creative alignment across channels and campaigns. Support the influencer team with creative direction during briefing and content development phases.
