Position Title: 

3rd shift In-Plant Ink Technician

 

 

Pay Rate:

$52,100-$69,500

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial rewards.

 

 

 

Category/Shift:

Salaried Full time Non–Exempt rotating schedule

Week 1 - 7 pm – 7 am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 – 7 pm – 7 am - Wednesday & Thursday

Week 3 – 7 pm – 7 am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 4 -  7 pm – 7 am - Wednesday & Thursday

The Job You Will Perform:

Color matches and re-matches Manufacture ink batches for print jobs Press side technical assistance Maintain customer ink inventory File ink usage reports Attend production meetings and other customer meetings as required Other technical issues needed by customer: Ink training, ink improvements, cost reductions, etc.

 

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

Goal oriented Good communication skills Good math skills Desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment At least two years’ experience with flexographic printing inks preferred Knowledge of and previous experience with ink color matching and press side trouble shooting is preferred Experience in pre-printed liner applications is highly desirable
