Job Title: Outside Sales Representative in Boynton Beach, FL! Job Description A growing wheel and tire supplies distributor in South Florida is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative. This role involves finding new customers, building relationships with auto shops and dealerships, and promoting our products such as TPMS sensors, wheel weights, and tire repair supplies. If you have B2B sales experience and a passion for the automotive industry, we are eager to hear from you. Responsibilities + Find and connect with new customers through networking and cold calling. + Build and maintain relationships with auto shops, dealerships, and tire retailers. + Demonstrate and sell our products to meet customer needs. + Track sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM. + Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. + Attend trade shows and events to promote our products. Essential Skills + Experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals. + Familiarity with tire shop operations and automotive products is a plus. + Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to drive across Broward and southern Palm Beach Counties. + Sales inclined; door-to-door sales experience is advantageous. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus. Work Environment Employees have the flexibility to plan their own routes and explore new business opportunities. The role involves driving a van across Broward and Palm Beach Counties, visiting auto repair shops. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with no night shifts required. The warehouse for van pick-up and drop-off is located in the Lake Worth area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36000.00 - $40000.00/yr.
