Inspection Maintenance Repair Package Manager

Your role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Inspection Maintenance Repair (IMR) Package Manager.

The Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team oversees repair and maintenance offering either as a stand-alone SLA (Service Level Agreements) or part of EPCI package.

We work in the Transmission Segment and more specifically in the Submarine Power and HVDC Land Cable business managing EPCI projects for Offshore Wind, Interconnection and Power from Shore applications.

Joining our Team, you’ll be part of some of the world’s boldest and most impactful energy transition projects.

Your responsibility will be covering the following areas

Contract Management: Oversee and manage the continuous contract/s to deliver IMR services, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions and maximizing the value of the contract.Project Management: lead IMR activities for short term scopes or in absence of a dedicated Project manager.Lead and Coordinate: engineering departments, other business units and affiliates, as well as other functions as it may be needed to deliver the services.Technical Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of technical solutions efficiently and effectively, supporting the Commercial and Project Management Organization to focus on strategic value creation.Liaison with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers of the different regions to support different operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects and service delivery.Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, project support, installation, engineering, QHSE  as well as marketing and IT to ensure the successful completion of projects.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects and activities followed meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, contract performance, activities and services performed and other relevant metrics.Continuous Improvement: Define and Implement improvement actions deriving from lessons learnt outputs.

Travel Requirements: up to 30/40% depending on specific situation

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field;Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel;You have a good Knowledge of contract management and negotiation;Ability to manage and supervise a non-hierarchical team;You are able to manage complex price lists and variegate structures of costs/prices (products and services)Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.Good interpersonal and leadership skills;You are analytical, precise and with a strong attention to the details;Able to foster an effective working relationship within the business;You are able to and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
