Job Summary and Qualifications
The Instructional Designer serves in a development/design capacity for the creation of asynchronous online courses and static educational deliverables. The position requires a basic understanding of adult learning principles, needs analysis, course development, graphic design principles and training program implementation.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ You will have the primary responsibility for the development of eLearning training modules, video and other educational materials both web-based and static.
+ You will be responsible for reviewing content and ensuring that the deliverables meet the needs of the end users. In collaboration with project leadership, HCA business owners, and division leadership, the Instructional Designer creates and maintains educational content.
+ Collaborate with the HRG Learning team and SMEs to design and help deliver learning solutions.
+ Design and develop asynchronous/synchronous online courses and other assets with interactivity.
+ Document clear and concise user instructions.
+ Audio and video editing.
+ Participate and collaborate with HRG Learning team members, business owners and SMEs to determine optimal solutions that are within budget, meet needed timeframe and quality standards.
+ As necessary perform various administrative responsibilities such as Learning Management System (LMS) tasks, scheduling and reporting.
+ Partner with Learning Experience Designer to design learning solutions leveraging the digital adoption platform and creation of innovative learning products using various e learning authoring tools
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelors Degree Required 1+ year(s) of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, audio/video editing, graphic design Required
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in Articulate Storyline/360 or comparable eLearning development system Required
+ Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) Preferred
+ Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia Preferred
+ This is a work from home position
