About the Role:

As an Integrator at Thomson Reuters/Pagero you'll collaborate with a talented group of professionals. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering technical solutions that connect our customers to Pagero’s expansive global network, driving business success and expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, taking on tasks such as system configuration, data format development, testing, and troubleshooting. The Integration department is structured into specialized subgroups, giving you the chance to explore areas that align with your interests and expertise.

In this opportunity as Integration Consultant, you will:

Guide and recommend best-practice solutions, based on scalability, supportability, security, and efficiency. 

Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify and address integration needs. 

Build support for customers file formats. 

Maintain documentation for Integration processes, policies and security standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve Integration issues quickly and efficiently.

Act as stakeholders to R&D in development of new services and solutions.

Configure, test, troubleshoot and implement customized solutions.

Be a technical resource in both local and global customer projects.

Connect customers’ data platforms to Pagero's global network.

Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, R&D and Support teams. 

                                                                        

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Integration Consultant if you have the following required qualifications:  

Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent education background with some experience in relevant practice field.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Analytical mind with hands-on approach.

A detailed-oriented and quality conscious mindset.

The ability to perform gap analyses and interpret data requirements.

Technically curios with attention for details and the ambition to keep learning. 

A solid understanding of business processes/flows and data exchange.

Ability to manage parallel projects.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit).

Additional preferred qualifications include:

Hands on experience from working with integrations.

Experience of working with XML/XSLT. 

Experience of EDI (e-invoice/order). 

Experience of working with communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, etc)

JavaScript

Additional languages.
