Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial interior design projects. The successful candidate will utilize Revit to develop detailed interior drawings, create renderings, and execute comprehensive design plans. This role involves space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination. Client outreach and customer-facing duties are also integral to this position.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior drawings for commercial projects using RevitCreate high-quality renderings for commercial interior projectsExecute all areas of interior design projects, including space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings and equipmentCoordinate lighting and color schemesEngage in client outreach and perform customer-facing dutiesEssential Skills5+ years of experience in interior design for commercial projectsProficiency in Revit softwareAdvanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemesExperience with workplace interiors, hospital interiors, and large-scale building interiorsAdditional Skills & QualificationsRegistered Interior DesignerExperience in architecture, space planning, rendering, and commercial interiorsStrong skills in space planning and lighting fixtures
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
