Intermediate Payroll Specialist
**41522BR** **Requisition ID:** 41522BR **Business Unit:** COR **Job Description:** Job Objective - Under direct supervision, performs tasks related to the processing of weekly timecard data for CDM Smith Inc, it’s international entities (Qatar, Dubai and Abu Dabhi) and the associated processing of payroll. Duties and Responsibilities - •Review MEG Timecard data and audit for timekeeping violations and discrepancies using Excel Models. •Communicate time violations and issues to employee prior to MEG Payroll staff starting work on Monday. •Audit payroll data. •Review Oracle Fusion Timecards, run timecard import into projects, Run Burden Costs, Journal Entries •Handle Manual timecard Requests. •Performs other duties as required. •Ensure timely and accurate payroll runs (daily/weekly/monthly depending on local norms) •Manage records of leaves, absences, and terminations relevant to payroll. •Prepare payroll reports for management, audit, and internal control purposes. **Job Title:** Intermediate Payroll Specialist **Group:** COR **Employment Type:** Regular **Minimum Qualifications:** •5+ Years with Payroll/Timekeeping •Master’s degree in commerce or finance •Advanced Excel skills to validate significant amount of timecard data (Lookups, If statements, Macros).
