Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Customer Experience Intern with a passion for enhancing the customer experience for Brookfield Properties Multifamily. This role will support the Customer Experience team in developing and executing strategies that improve how customers engage with our brand across multiple touch points. Gain hands-on experience in customer experience strategy, stakeholder engagement and performance analytics.
Essential Job Functions
+ Help to develop a review response strategy including a review of current state, proposed optimizations and change management.
+ Assist in developing communications that are clear, engaging and tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
+ Participate in mapping and identifying recommendations to improve the customer journey.
+ Gather and analyze customer feedback and marketing data to identify opportunities for increased engagement and satisfaction.
+ Help create clear guidelines, examples and training to support consistent messaging and tone across platforms, ensuring a cohesive and customer-first experience.
+ Support project coordination and reporting.
Requirements
+ This position requires an Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree, c urrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
+ <1 Year of Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and/or online reputation management platforms
+ <1 Year of Strong Proficiency analyzing and visualizing data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
