1/ Main Responsibilities:To be trained for delivery of overall logistics service to customerLiaise with customers on an ad-hoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaintsProvide support to other projects within the office when called uponWithin the limits of the role be accountable for project delivery to time and budget as well as expected results for customer satisfactionAssure the project execution is following policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approvedEnsure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety proceduresEnsure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL standards, at all timesWork under all SOP’s relating to the project
2/ Requirements:COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
