This internship offers exposure to Modern Workplace tools and the opportunity to work with a team focused on leveraging technology to enhance business productivity and compliance. Responsibilities: + Assist in the management and optimization of Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online environments. + Support IT efforts in utilizing the Power Platform to streamline processes and automate workflows. + Collaborate with teams managing Microsoft Teams to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization. + Gain experience troubleshooting and providing solutions for Exchange Online and Outlook-related issues. + Participate in projects involving OneDrive for Business to ensure secure file storage and sharing. + Work on M365 eDiscovery projects to support compliance and legal investigations. + Assist with documentation and support tickets related to Microsoft 365 services. + Shadow IT professionals to understand security and compliance protocols specific to the financial industry. Qualifications: + Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + A keen interest in pursuing a career in IT, especially within the realm of Microsoft 365 technologies. + Basic knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint; familiarity with other Microsoft 365 products like Teams and Power Platform is a plus. + Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
