Inventory Associate

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Inventory Associates. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Richmond VA.

Responsibilities for an Inventory Associates include but are not limited to:
+ Gather, verify, and manage supplier details, including order confirmations and tracking information.
+ Collaborate with Domestic Procurement, Inventory Sales Support, Account Managers, and Customer Service.
+ Analyze procurement data using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerBI.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
+ Identify opportunities for procurement process improvements through data analysis and collaboration.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
+ Strong customer service experience and proficiency in spoken and written English.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
+ Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
