General Purpose:

Perform day-to-day parts and supplies stocking to support Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of operations and all plant systems. Ensure accurate and timely completion of receiving, inspection, stocking and picking including, equipment parts, shop supplies, and consumables. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of parts crib. Maintain computer system accuracy of inventory records.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform work in a safe manner Inspect incoming goods for shipping damage Complete in an accurate and timely manner goods/service receipts Follow-up on missing or late orders Clearly label and accurately stock goods to bin/rack locations: inventory, non-inventory, janitorial-sanitation, safety-ppe, office supplies, etc. Accurately pick and issue parts per Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) requirements Support department to determine and set inventory minimums/maximums/re-order points and ABC criticality Support coordinate/completion of inventory cycle counts Support accounts payable: purchase order adjustments/past due invoice reconciliation/etc Research parts (OEM and aftermarket) for purposes such as: ordering/parts kitting/bin creation/labelling Support maintenance of Return Goods Authorization (RGA) log Participate and meaningfully contribute to weekly department meetings/supplier meetings Support reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics such as: back logs; missing/past due; order history; inventory turns; trends; costs Accountable for MRO office and crib 5S: maintenance of clean and orderly work areas Adhere to DFA local and corporate policies, procedures, practices and guidelines. Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion and sound judgment Participate in required training(s), including but not limited to: Material Safety Data Sheets, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Quality Foods The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee. Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 2 or more years of crib experience in a maintenance/manufacturing environment desired, dairy experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Able to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, email, MS Teams, MS Sharepoint, and SAP Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to adapt and manage change effectively Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively Able to focus on and drive problem solving Able to follow directions and meet deadlines Able to perform tasks, duties and independently problem solve with minimum supervision Able to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Clearly escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner to management Must be able to read, write, and speak English
