For Gliwice Office we are seeking those interested in their career development in the position of: IT Asset Management Support Hybrid/Remote work (Gliwice, Poland) B2B contract/contract of mandate Key responsibilities: • Be a part of our international Global IT team. • Assist as needed with the various asset and software requests that come to the Global ITAM (IT Asset Management) team for fulfillment and validation. • Generate reports for the IT Asset Management Manager, team leads, Service Delivery, and other business units. Using exports and raw data to create comprehensive and reactive dashboards alongside a variety of pivot tables, summary reports and data analytics and analysis. Monitor the ITAM mailbox and forward requests to appropriate parties for action and learning how to act independently on simpler tasks. • Perform data maintenance and reporting, Purchase Order data updates, and other general reporting support as needed. • Update to data sources via flat file for legacy systems. • Provide general support in the areas of hardware and software asset management. • Assist with other IT functions as appropriate.
