What You'll Do
You will join BCG Istanbul IT team, supporting a growing number of users based in local office. This will include front and back end user support, Devices’ setup, maintenance and service, Asset and Inventory management, Case Team Support, New Hire Introduction Trainings, Onsite Meeting and Event Support, Service Now Ticket Maintenance, Printers, Telecommunications, assisting with Network and Infrastructure requests and maintenance, Digital Tools Super user role and trainer and all other technology needs.
You are good at:
Supporting and resolving issues related to laptops, iPhone, iPad and Video Conference technologies (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and able to successfully troubleshoot issues both independently and in collaboration with all available resources;Providing a high level of customer service while supporting end users;Overseeing and troubleshooting video conference and telecommunications systems in coordination with regional technical resources;Maintaining configurations of all notebook and desktop computer systems according to established standards;Running analysis and reporting, auditing, and inventory control as required.
The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
What You'll Bring
University Degree completed or ongoing (a path in Information Technology/Computer Science will be considered a plus);Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Turkish;Strong passion for technology and desire to continuously learn and grow to further embrace IT knowledge;Very good customer service skills, a natural approach to understand and support users’ needs;Reliability, responsiveness, and a goal-oriented approach;Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;Full time availability (5 days per week) onsite;At least basic skills in the following areas: Windows/Apple hardware and Software, Telecommunications, Network, Audio/Video systems, Microsoft Office, Mobile Data Cards.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
