Description Our client, a mid-sized reputable corporate firm, is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join their team. This firm supports a variety of clients with complex, impactful transactional matters, including public finance, bond offerings, hospital and housing deals. Their collaborative, team-oriented environment allows employees to wear multiple hats while developing versatile legal skills. We are seeking a Jr. Transactional Paralegal to provide high-level legal and administrative support to one of our partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with expertise in handling transactional matters, robust organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: + Document Drafting and Review: Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents related to public finance, municipal bond offerings, hospital transactions, and housing deals (training provided) + Managing Workflows: Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and workstreams are efficiently coordinated. + Administrative Support: Oversee general administrative tasks, including maintaining records and organizing files to support firm operations. + Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and facilitate various needs. Requirements Required Qualifications: + At least 3+ years of legal or transactional experience in a similar role (e.g., law firm, in-house legal department, or industry-specific transactional practice such as construction or real estate). + Familiarity with legal documentation processes. Public finance, real estate titles, or housing transactions would be a great to have! + Proven track record as a paralegal or project manager, demonstrating exceptional organizational and research skills. + Technological Proficiency: Solid command of legal document software and tools.
