This role ensures timely and accurate transaction handling while supporting financial reporting, general ledger preparation, and budgeting. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting functions and contributes to process improvement across the finance team. Responsibilities:• Review and process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring all deductions are correctly applied
• Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and monthly bank statements
• Post customer payments and journal entries in the accounting system
• Assist with tax reporting, audits, and financial statement preparation Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of financial accounting experience (experience in project services a plus)
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other ERP/project accounting systems preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Experience in the A/E/C or professional services industry is a plus
